HIA business and Management Consultants was incorporated in 2015 but started business February 2019 and has been active for since then.
We offer Business Consultancy Services and URA Domestic Tax Agency Services among others.

Robert boasts of over 13 years working experience having started his career in a Microfinance Institution as a Loans Officer, became a branch accountant and later Branch Operations Manager when it transitioned into a banking Institution (Opportunity Bank). He later moved on to Kalungu Town Council as a Head of Finance and then Uganda Revenue Authority where he served as a tax officer for four years and later headed the Tax Payer Register Expansion Programme Secretariat for 3 years at the Service Management Headquarters. Robert opted to retire early from Uganda Revenue Authority to Focus on practicing the tax Profession and is certified is currently by Uganda Revenue authority as a Domestic Tax Agent and specifically oversees the Tax and Compliance Section of the Consultancy Firm. He is currently pursuing his certification in Project Management from PMI USA.

Angella started her career with Makerere University Business School as a Teaching assistant in the Department of Management Science and has since grown in the teaching Fraternity as a Senior Lecturer, Her Career Spans over 14 years Lecturing Elements of Production Management, Business Communication Skills, Accounting, Research Methods, Business Statistics, Operations Management, Research Methods and Quantitative Methods
